LangChain forwarding opinion: Long-running agents face context inflation issues due to tool invocation

ME News message, April 7 (UTC+8). Recently, LangChain reposted a tweet in which it pointed out that long-running agents (for example, deepagents) suffer from a context bloat problem due to tool calls. The tweet mentioned langchain-collapse developed by @johanbonilla. The text says that this is a positive context compression middleware that can compress long tool-calling sequences, thereby reducing summarization overhead. (Source: InFoQ)
