Postal Savings Bank of China: Registered capital approved to increase to 120.095 billion yuan

On April 2, Postal Savings Bank of China issued an announcement stating that the bank completed the issuance of A-shares to specific targets on June 19, 2025. The bank’s registered capital increased from RMB 99.16B to RMB 120.1B. The bank submitted an application to the National Financial Regulatory Administration regarding the change in registered capital. Recently, the bank received the “Reply of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on Postal Savings Bank of China’s Change of Registered Capital” (Jin Fu〔2026〕179), in which the National Financial Regulatory Administration approved the bank’s registered capital change to RMB 120.1B. The bank revised the relevant provisions of its articles of association in accordance with the reply.
