Market recap: call auction
The index is choppy, with volume of 161.76 billion. In the call auction, Fu Rong Technology had a large order that locked the stock limit up for a single line, but the foldable phone theme didn’t catch fire. Huiyuan Communication opened strong on the one-line move related to fiber optics; Xintai Shans and Falsheng hit the limit up immediately; however, Hangdian Co., Ltd. and Changfei Fiber Optics didn’t show much. In the CPO sector, Yizhongtian pulled back, but after midday news drove it, Jizhong Yuchuang and Xin Yisheng jumped straight up. The chemical sector rotated and exploded, with strength nearing 20,000, though the sector is essentially a rebound after a deep oversold move. Overall, the market went generally up, and it was close to about a hundred stocks hitting the daily limit up.
Today the index directly repaired and fell back—this was within expectations. But sentiment was clearly stronger than the index; otherwise, you wouldn’t see close to a hundred stocks hitting limit up. So even if there’s disagreement later, the disagreement won’t be too big. After all, good sentiment means capital is bullish; the lack of volume is, first, because the northbound funds are still resting; second, because it’s difficult for a direct reversal to happen right here. But you can feel that overall it’s improving rather than getting worse. So later, when there’s pullback due to disagreements, you can be more positive. If positive feedback keeps increasing, then you can become more and more positive. Although the chemical sector surged, its move is mainly a rebound after a deep oversold drop, and the difficulty of continuing to surge is relatively high. For the next round of trading, the main thing will still be whether the core identifiability and leadership of each sector can keep attracting the crowd. For now, I don’t see a big opportunity.

Stock reviews:
Changfei Fiber Optics: making new highs in trend, but its strength isn’t as strong as the small-cap clustering.
Tianjin Pharmaceutical: continues to explode in volume and turnover, upgrading to 7 boards. Taking the initiative to enter abnormal movement shows a certain kind of “quality.” Even if it fails tomorrow and breaks the limit, it won’t be too bad.

Winning effect: chemical, communication, agriculture
Losing effect: military industry, ST, two-wheel vehicles
