Gelonghui April 2nd — GuoWei Holdings (02239.HK) announced that the company has received resignation letters from Zhang Junjie and Jin Yufeng. (i) Zhang Junjie will resign from his positions as an independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee, and chairman of the Remuneration Committee, effective April 2, 2026; and (ii) Jin Yufeng will resign from his positions as an independent non-executive director, member of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee, effective April 2, 2026. Jiang Chunqian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit Committee, effective April 2, 2026.
