I want to know: what are the core factors behind Zhang Yongping's change in attitude toward Pop Mart? Did he see something that ordinary people like us can't see?

What impressed me most about Pop Mart are two things that I found somewhat shocking:
First, the continued popularity of offline stores. I think it's not a big deal for a store to be popular for a short period, but if it stays successful for several years, that's quite remarkable. Even more amazing is that even in stores in New Zealand and London, there are crowds lining up, so even if I don't understand everything, I still want to stop and take a look.
Second, once I was with a friend at a shopping mall, and I was browsing news on my phone. The news was in English, and I was about to use a translation app. The girl next to me told me all the information. I asked her, "Are you that good at English?" She said it's native-level. She started working at the mall last year because she wanted to buy a lot of blind boxes, but she ran out of money, so she decided to work there. Her monthly income sometimes reaches over a hundred thousand yuan, thanks to some generous bosses, and she mostly spends it on blind boxes.
It blew my mind!
