Currently, HYPE/USDT is at 36.162, down 2.3% over the past 24 hours. The price is below the short-term EMAs (5, 10, 20) but above the long-term EMAs 60 and 200. This often occurs during accumulation or correction phases after a rally. Bollinger Bands: middle band at 37.78, lower band at 34.58. The price is near the lower band but not touching it. There is potential for a rebound, but an impulse is needed.
MACD is negative, the histogram has moved into the negative zone, DEA is above DIF, indicating a bearish moment. However, KDJ signals: K 39.1, D 28.3, J 42.9. J is above K and D, and the crossover upward is just beginning. RSI6 is at 40.9, already close to the oversold zone but has not entered it.
An interesting setup: if the price stays above 36.0 and breaks through 36.9 (EMA20), we can expect a move toward 37.8 (middle band). If it consolidates above 38.0, a short squeeze up to 40.9 (upper band) is possible. Alternatively: losing 36.0 and breaking below the lower band at 34.58 could lead to 33.5 (EMA200) and lower.
Currently, it looks more like consolidation before a decision. Pay attention to volume; it is currently low, meaning large players haven't driven the price up. You can consider going long from 35.8 with a tight stop below 34.5, or wait for a close above 37.0.
