The A-shares strengthen, with the Shenzhen Component Index and the ChiNext Index both rising over 1%! Over 4,500 stocks are up, and northbound funds have a net buy of over 7 billion yuan in A-shares; ZTE Corporation hits the daily limit, and the computing power industry surges.

February 27|Major A-share indexes rose broadly, with the ChiNext Index up more than 1% and the Shanghai Composite up 0.6%, while the Shenzhen Component gained 1.11%. Sectors such as PEEK, the auto industry chain, and the computing power industry chain led the gains, and nearly 4,500 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets were up.

Northbound capital net bought more than 7 billion yuan worth of A-shares.

6G concept stocks surged; Mingyang Circuit (300739) hit the 20% limit-up; ZTE’s A/H shares rose in tandem, with A-shares touching the limit-up and H-shares up more than 9%. Fiberhome Technologies (600498) rose more than 8%, while Xinwei Communications (300136), Fiberhome Optoelectronics (002281), China Satellite Communications (601698), and others also followed higher. In terms of news, representatives from ten countries including the US, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and the UK reached agreement on common principles for the R&D of 6G wireless communication systems.

A-share computing power concept stocks rallied; GaoXin Development (000628) hit the limit-up; Cambricon (688256) rose more than 10%. Previously, Sugon (603019) and Runjian Co., Ltd. (002929) also hit the limit-up; Ziguang Co., Ltd. (000938), GalaxyCore (300474), Hongbo Shares (002229), and others pushed higher.

After the afternoon, A-share satellite internet sector stocks rebounded; Zhenhua Technology (000733) hit the limit-up, while Shaanxi Huada, Chuangyuan Xinke, and Hengyu Xintong rose more than 10%, and LiYang Chips, Nanjing Panda (600775), Tianyin Electromechanical (300342), among others, led the gains. In terms of news, on February 26, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation Limited (000901) released the “China Aerospace Science and Technology Activity Blue Book (2023)”, which stated that China Aerospace expects to carry out around 100 launches throughout 2024, which may set a new record. In 2024, a series of major missions are planned, including the first launch mission at the first commercial space launch site, and multiple satellite constellations will accelerate constellation-network build-out.
