**Guan Dian News: ** On April 2, Longfor Group and Sun Hung Kai Properties? (as co-developer) jointly developed the Ka Yuet project in Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong, recorded a large single transaction. The buyer sold 3 units on 5/F, Unit A, at a consideration of more than HK$120 million, using a 30-day cash payment plan.

According to the report, the transacted units are a four-bedroom, four-unit set with room-to-room partitioning, with a practical area of 3,316 sq ft and a transaction price per sq ft of about HK$36,388.

The information shows that the project is a high-end seaside villa development in the Southern District of Hong Kong Island, comprising 6 towers and 295 units. It mainly features large-lot design. Recently, it has continued to record transactions, reflecting market demand for quality luxury housing products.
