**Guan Dian News: **On April 2, a Hong Kong Ap Lei Chau Cay Court project jointly developed by Longfor Group and Sun Hung Kai Properties recorded a large deal, selling 3 units on the 5th floor, Block A, with a transaction price of more than HKD 120 million. The buyer used a 30-day cash payment method.

According to the information, the units sold were four-bedroom interconnected suites with a four-room layout, with a practical area of 3,316 sq ft, and a transaction price per sq ft of about HKD 36,388.
