GAPKI: Indonesia's crude palm oil production in 2025 is expected to grow by 7.3% year-on-year

The Indonesian Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) said that Indonesia’s 2025 crude palm oil production rose 7.3% year over year to 51.66 million tons. Association Secretary-General Hadi Sugeng said palm oil inventories by the end of 2025 were 2.07 million tons, down 25% from the previous month. Hadi said at a news briefing that palm oil producers in Indonesia are working to increase output in 2026, but weather challenges could create obstacles.
