Just read that TJ Stone (real name Thomas Sfraga) got 45 months for running a massive crypto scam. Dude impersonated business owners, told people he was some big shot in NY crypto circles, then promised them 60% returns in 3 months if they sent money to his fake wallet. Turns out he just pocketed like $1.3M and used it for himself and to pay off earlier victims. Classic Ponzi move. Wild part is the government's really cracking down on crypto fraud right now, and some big names in the space are actually asking for presidential clemency. The community's pretty split on it though. Not sure what to think about that honestly.
