The tugboat sank at an eastern Romanian port, with 1 person rescued.
On March 18 local time, a tugboat sank in Midia Port in eastern Romania. Preliminary information shows there were 5 people on board; 1 person has already been rescued and brought to shore, and efforts are currently underway to provide medical aid.
