Empery Digital's total Bitcoin holdings drop below 3,000 coins, reducing by 370 BTC last week.

According to a Businesswire report, Mars Finance reported that Empery Digital, a Nasdaq-listed bitcoin treasury company, disclosed that it sold 370 bitcoins at an average price of $66,632 last week, for total proceeds of approximately $24,700,000. Its total bitcoin holdings have fallen below the 3,000-unit mark, dropping to 2,989. In addition, the company also disclosed that, to date, it has spent approximately $142 million to repurchase 24,640,671 shares of common stock. Going forward, it will continue to sell bitcoins as needed to fund future stock repurchases and may repay some of its outstanding debt.
