Help: Ways to cash out discount coupons

Gradually, some bank rebates with direct deductions have been credited—more than 10k. Are there any good channels you’d recommend to switch them into cash? I’ve been buying jd cards before; I’ve already bought more than 20,000, and I don’t want to buy more. I’m afraid I won’t be able to use it all.
