Hey everyone, good afternoon! It's time to slack off during Monday work hours~

This morning was pretty free since I didn't have classes, so I stayed in the office and played @RealGoOfficial's Meme Arena. I found out that they recently launched a new Last Meme Standing mode, which is now live (though the PVP system is still in Beta).
It can be played on both desktop and mobile, and I feel like the overall game vibe has changed quite a bit.
In the past, raising Meme pets mainly involved catching, raising, leveling up, and watching them grow.
Now it's different—you need to form a team of three pets and throw them into the arena for real battles.
❖ The main modes currently include:
• 1v1 Showdown (matching by staking level)
• Private Match (creating your own room for duels)
• Newly launched Last Meme Standing (a 5-player free-for-all, pure survival battle)

Recently, the community's 1 million loyalty points airdrop event mainly encourages everyone to play more Arena. The energy consumption is fixed, so it’s not wasted—this design is quite friendly.
❖ From my own experience, the most obvious impressions are twofold:
1⃣ The gameplay now includes more strategic elements
• It’s not just about randomly forming a team of three pets; you need to consider elemental combinations
• RuneStone forging (attack, defense, speed, etc.), skills, and accessories
• Last Meme Standing tests real-time judgment—being attacked from all sides right at the start
After playing a few rounds, I feel that pets with high stats aren’t necessarily the best; coordination and balance are more important. Everyone is still exploring, and the meta hasn’t fully stabilized yet.
2⃣ The value of pets is starting to be linked to their battle performance
• In the past, raising pets was mainly about catching, raising, leveling, and rarity; now, pets that perform consistently in actual battles may gradually become more in demand
• But this is just early-stage observation. During the Beta, balance adjustments can happen at any time, and both stats and rules are still being optimized.
❖ My personal thoughts on trading opportunities:
1⃣ We are currently in an observation phase
• PVP just launched a few days ago, and the market hasn't fully digested the battle data yet
• Some pets feel decent in matches, but price fluctuations are normal
• It’s better to play a few more matches and watch community reports rather than blindly chasing hot trends
2⃣ Manage your risks carefully
• PVP energy consumption is fixed, and both wins and losses earn points, so it’s not a waste
• If you want to find trading opportunities through this, only try with spare funds and small positions
• First, verify how pets perform in actual battles, and wait until community data and leaderboards become clearer before increasing your holdings

3⃣ Impact on the ecosystem
With more real battles and real wins, players might share more team strategies and match breakdowns. Community discussion and liquidity could increase, but the final effect depends on future updates and player feedback. For now, it’s just a preliminary change.
Overall, this update adds a layer of practical use to Meme pets, gradually shifting them from simple collectibles to assets with competitive value.
But the game is still in Beta, the meta will evolve, and balance adjustments will happen. I recommend everyone stay rational, don’t pin all hopes on short-term fluctuations!
