Abstract generation in progress

Hyundai has issued another recall for over 46,700 model-year 2026 Palisade and Palisade Hybrid SUVs in the Limited and Calligraphy trim levels. This recall addresses a seat belt status indicator issue where an internal wiring problem can cause the third-row driver-side seat belt to permanently display as buckled, even if it’s not. To fix this, dealers will install a wiring harness extension and replace the seat belt assembly free of charge, with owner notifications starting May 18.
