According to a news report, Jinhai Co., Ltd. announced on March 24 that in order to optimize the company structure and in line with the company’s development needs, the company has reached an agreement with Yancheng Jujin Energy Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) to jointly establish Yancheng Jinsheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in the near future, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. According to the relevant provisions of the “Articles of Association” and “External Investment Management System,” this external investment has been approved by the company’s 2026 Second General Manager Office Meeting and does not need to be submitted for review by the board of directors and shareholders’ meeting.
