On March 27, People’s Financial News reported that the Qichacha APP shows that recently, Zhejiang Linghao Thermal Control Co., Ltd. was established, with Song Yining as the legal representative. The registered capital is 72 million yuan, and the business scope includes manufacturing of automotive parts and components, production of battery components, and sales of electric accessories for new energy vehicles. Qichacha’s equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhejiang Lingxiao Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Leap Motor.
