BETHESDA, Md. (AP) — BETHESDA, Md. (AP) — Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (PEB) on Wednesday reported a key measure of profitability in its fourth quarter. The results topped Wall Street expectations.

The real estate investment trust, based in Bethesda, Maryland, said it had funds from operations of $31.1 million, or 27 cents per share, in the period.

For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $187.4 million. Revenue was reported as $1.48 billion.

Pebblebrook Hotel expects full-year funds from operations in the range of $1.50 to $1.62 per share.
