Guandian Network News: On March 27, three residential land parcels in the main urban area of Hefei completed a timed bidding process, all sold at the base price, with a total transaction amount of 621,756,500 yuan.

Among them, the YH202603 plot in Yaohai District was won by Hefei Haichang Construction Co., Ltd. (China State Construction International), while the BH202601 and BH202602 plots in Baohe District were won by Hefei Huihu Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Hefei Urban Construction).

Information shows that the total transaction price for the YH202603 plot in Yaohai District was 59,535,000 yuan, with a floor price of 5,250.5 yuan/㎡, a plot ratio of ≤2.0, located near Yuxi Road and the East Second Ring Road, approximately 700 meters from the Daxingji Station of Metro Line 6, with complete surrounding living, educational, and ecological facilities. The two plots in Baohe District cover a total area of 2.5149 acres, with a total price of 2,640,650 yuan, a floor price of 9,844.7 yuan/㎡, and a plot ratio of ≤1.6, which must be planned and constructed uniformly with the already transferred BH20247 plot (Xingyue Bay project).

It is reported that Xingyue Bay is a provincial government north improvement project, focusing on 140-249㎡ villas and small high-rise buildings, with a record average price of approximately 26,500-32,700 yuan/㎡. The newly acquired plots will continue the low-density improvement positioning in the area, aiming to create a high-quality residential community.
