People Finance News, March 23rd — With the annual report season underway, multiple Shanghai-listed companies have disclosed dividend plans alongside their annual report disclosures, providing tangible support for the value of Shanghai-listed companies. To date, a total of 122 Shanghai-listed companies have released 2025 annual reports, of which 101 have disclosed cash dividend plans, representing a ratio exceeding 82%. Among the 89 Main Board companies that disclosed annual reports, 70 companies announced dividend proposals with an estimated total dividend amount of 76.524 billion yuan; on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, 33 companies have disclosed annual reports, of which 31 announced dividends with an estimated total dividend amount of 3.788 billion yuan.
