Didi AI Ride-Hailing Announces Operating Data, Demand for Fresh Air Ranks Second

According to data from Didi’s AI Xiaodi operation, in personalized ride-hailing requests, the top three preferences are “fast and cheap” (57%), “fresh air” (12.5%), and “closest car” (9.9%). Didi’s AI ride-hailing service began public testing in September last year and recently officially launched version 1.0. It currently supports over 90 service tags, including fresh air, large trunk, and smooth driving, enabling intelligent understanding of user needs to provide customized transportation solutions. In addition to one-click ride requests, features like nearby search, ride reservation, multi-modal travel, and order inquiries are also frequently used.
