Mindjoin has acquired infrastructure company Solteir, integrating its high-performance computing power development platform into Mindjoin's artificial intelligence computing strategy. The acquisition aims to deploy scalable, energy-supported facilities for next-generation AI system deployment to address power bottleneck issues faced in AI development. Mindjoin will invest new capital to accelerate the construction of Solteir's grid-connected power and electrical infrastructure.
