Gelonghui March 24 — Fulongma (603686.SH) announced that shareholder Mr. Zhang Guichao plans to reduce no more than 445,200 shares, or 0.1072% of the company’s total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding, block trades, or a combination of both. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price and method at the time of the reduction.
