Volume Contraction and Price Decline: Soybean Meal Trading Cools

On March 10, domestic mainstream oil mills saw a cooling in soybean meal transactions, with a total volume of 156,200 tons, down 99,800 tons from the previous day. Spot transactions totaled 86,200 tons, down 101,800 tons from the previous day. Basis transactions reached 70,000 tons, up 2,000 tons from the previous day. The average transaction price was 3,231.02 yuan/ton, down 76.19 yuan/ton from the previous day, retreating from the highest point in nearly 10 and a half months. (Mysteel)
