After the US stock market closed on Monday, Xinye Technology (FINV.US) announced its Q4 and full-year 2025 financial results. The financial report shows that the company’s Q4 net revenue reached 3.024 billion yuan (RMB), with a net profit of 416 million yuan, and earnings per ADS of 1.63 yuan.

Non-GAAP, adjusted operating profit was 520 million yuan, with earnings per ADS of 1.77 yuan.

Full-year net revenue was 13.57 billion yuan, up 3.8% year-over-year, with a net profit of 2.545 billion yuan, up 6.6% year-over-year.

In terms of business, as of December 31, 2025, the Chinese market had a total of 187.4 million registered users, an 8.6% increase; the total number of borrowers reached 29 million, an 8.2% increase. The international market had a total of 52.1 million registered users, a significant increase of 45.9%; the total number of borrowers reached 11.7 million, a remarkable increase of 67.1%.

In Q4, the Chinese market’s transaction volume was 38.7 billion yuan, with an outstanding loan balance of 68.3 billion yuan; the international market’s transaction volume was 4.1 billion yuan, a 41.4% increase, with an outstanding loan balance of 2.6 billion yuan, up 52.9%. International business revenue was 950.9 million yuan, up 28.6%, setting a new record and accounting for 31.4% of total revenue.

Additionally, Xinye Technology’s CFO Xu Jiayuan stated, “The company continues to generate substantial returns for shareholders: a total of $107.2 million in stock buybacks for the year, with a record $40.7 million repurchased in Q4; we increased the dividend per ADS by 10.5% to $0.306, with total dividends for 2025 approximately $74.5 million. The company’s chairman and senior management team recently increased their holdings by an additional $1.9 million worth of shares, demonstrating their strong confidence in our company’s valuation and long-term prospects.”

Looking ahead to 2026, the company expects total revenue to be in the range of approximately 11.5 billion to 12.9 billion yuan.
