Viewpoint Network News: China Jinmao released its full-year performance forecast for 2025 on March 24.

At the investor meeting held on the same day, some investors revealed that regarding the outlook for the new home market in 2026, Tao Tianhai, Chairman of China Jinmao, believes the industry is in the process of bottoming out and recovery, showing characteristics of industry stabilization, structural differentiation, and corporate breakthroughs.

He stated that the market adjustment has now reached a bottom zone, and after a period of bottoming and recovery, a rebound is worth expecting.

Additionally, Tao Tianhai mentioned that core cities in first- and second-tier regions still have strong potential demand. However, because the market is currently in a downward phase, many investors have not yet found a good entry point. As the overall market gradually stabilizes, this demand remains very strong.

At the same time, he noted, “There are still opportunities in third- and fourth-tier cities for projects in good locations with quality products.”
