After 25 years at Prudential, Charles Lowrey hands chairman role to CEO Sullivan

Prudential Financial has appointed CEO Andrew Sullivan as the new Chairman of the Board, effective March 10, 2026. Sullivan succeeds Charles Lowrey, who resigned as Executive Chairman and director on the same date and will retire from Prudential at the end of the second quarter after 25 years of service. Lowrey is credited with leading the company through a period of growth investments and organizational changes.
