[Company Information]

Rockwell Medical, Inc. was incorporated in Michigan in 1996 and relocated to Delaware in 2019. Rockwell Medical is a healthcare company that develops, manufactures, commercializes, and distributes a portfolio of hemodialysis products for dialysis providers worldwide. It is a revenue-generating company and the second-largest supplier of acid and bicarbonate concentrate for dialysis patients in the United States. Hemodialysis is the most common treatment for end-stage kidney disease, typically performed at standalone outpatient dialysis centers, hospital outpatient clinics, specialty care facilities, or at patients’ homes. Rockwell Medical produces cGMP-compliant hemodialysis concentrates at its three facilities in Michigan, Texas, and South Carolina, totaling approximately 175,000 square feet, and produces dry acid concentrates at its Iowa facility. The company uses its own delivery trucks and third-party carriers to transport most of its dialysis concentrates and mixers to dialysis clinics across the U.S. and internationally.
