On March 17, China Reinsurance released an announcement stating that the company received a reply from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) regarding Zhu Xiaoyun's appointment qualifications on March 17, 2026. According to the reply, the NFRA formally approved Zhu Xiaoyun's qualification to serve as President of the company on March 16, 2026. Zhu Xiaoyun officially assumed office on that date, with a term lasting until the end of the Fifth Board of Directors' term. Upon expiration of the term, reelection and reappointment are permitted.(China Reinsurance)

According to the approval, the regulatory authority officially approved Zhu Xiaoyun’s appointment as President of the company on March 16, 2026. Zhu Xiaoyun will officially assume her duties from that date, with a term lasting until the expiration of the fifth board of directors, and she may be re-elected upon the expiration of her term.
