Authorities reiterated that unapproved entities are prohibited from using the term "exchange" in their names, and such conduct constitutes suspected illegal financial activities. The state adopts a "strictly prohibited domestically, strictly regulated internationally" principle for RWA tokenization. Any activities conducted domestically in this regard or provision of intermediary and technical services are suspected of illegal token issuance and illegal fundraising, and will be shut down in accordance with law.
