March 24 Pre-Market Strategy

Positions: Huadian Liaoning, Zhengtai Power, Shunhao Shares!

Huadian Liaoning’s bidding reached 130 million, higher than the pre-market estimate of 100 million. Additionally, the pre-market comment area mentioned being cautious about Shenhua Development A’s “Divine Palm.” Seeing this bidding, both the mid-day and breakout points for Huadian Liaoning are buy signals. The confirmed buy point is actually after Shenhua Development A’s breakdown, when Huadian Liaoning’s breakdown recovers and re-bounces. Since the position has already been established and the breakout failed, tomorrow’s normal expectation is for an acceleration.

Zhengtai Power’s only turnover stock in the second wave also performed well in bidding, follow the mid-day and breakout signals accordingly.

Mingpu Guangci and Hailian Jinhui saw the index performance in the afternoon was truly miserable, both hit stop-loss, with some positions switching into Shunhao Shares.

Additionally, Dongfang Xinneng and Shaoneng Shares performed differently: the former exceeded expectations, but considering the weekend’s high heat, take profits after a rally. Shaoneng Shares was strong on Friday, but opened low today; considering Huadian Liaoning’s surge, take profits after a high run.

Tomorrow’s plan: Focus on Huadian Liaoning, and observe the opportunities for a second wave. During the collection of bids, watch the market for followings, such as Liaoning Energy and Sunrising Shares!

The market is extremely challenging. Today, more than 5,000 stocks declined, over 100 hit the limit down. Just be cautious and follow the pattern, avoiding potential pullbacks.
