Beijing News Shell Finance reported that on March 23, Zhongji Xuchuang announced that shareholder Yixingfu will pledge 624,000 shares for a deferred buyback. The pledge period starts from March 26, 2024, with the original maturity date of March 20, 2026, extended to March 19, 2027. The pledgee is Dongwu Securities, holding 1.34% of its shares. The concerted action partner Yun Changjin will pledge 1.3 million shares for a deferred buyback. The pledge period starts from March 19, 2025, with the original maturity date of March 19, 2026, extended to March 18, 2027. The pledgee is GF Securities, holding 5.45% of its shares. As of the announcement date, Yixingfu holds 46,627,200 shares, with 7,024,000 shares pledged, accounting for 15.06% of its holdings; Yun Changjin holds 23,858,300 shares, with 3,530,000 shares pledged, accounting for 14.80%.
