Yunnan Honghe Prefecture 2.2GW Wind and Solar Index Optimization Results Public Announcement: China Three Gorges, Huaneng, Huadian, Yunnan Energy Investment and Others Listed

Fengmang Energy has learned that on March 20, the People’s Government of Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province announced the public notice of the selected construction owners for 34 new energy projects included in the third batch of Yunnan Province’s 2025 New Energy Construction List.

The announcement shows that the 34 new energy projects listed in the 2025 third batch of Yunnan Province’s new energy construction list have a total capacity of 2,224 MW, including 12 photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 660 MW and 22 wind power projects with a total capacity of 1,564 MW.

In terms of project owners, Hongqiao New Materials has the largest scale of new energy indicators at 849 MW. Huaihe Energy Holding Group follows with over 400 MW. Next are Huaneng and Sichuan Shengxinyuan Construction Engineering Consortium, Jinko and Jiangsu Meike Solar Consortium, Huaneng, and Yunnan Energy Investment Group, each with indicators exceeding 100 MW.

Details are as follows:

At the request of the Honghe Energy Bureau, Honghe Construction Engineering Bidding Co., Ltd. completed the evaluation of the selection of construction owners for the 34 new energy projects included in the third batch of Yunnan Province’s 2025 New Energy Construction List on March 19-20, 2026, at the conference room on the 2nd floor of Honghe Construction Engineering Bidding Co., Ltd. (No. 8, Hongjian Jiayuan Business Network, Huguo Road, Mengzi City, Honghe Prefecture). After evaluation by the expert panel, the entrusted party confirmed the results, which are now publicly announced as follows:

(1) Project Name: Qilu Bai Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Construction Owner Selection

  1. Project Capacity: Proposed installed capacity of 50,000 kW.

  2. Planned Investment: 200 million yuan.
