【OnlyFans】OnlyFans Billionaire Boss Leonid Radvinsky Dies of Cancer at Age 43
The mysterious billionaire owner of the adult content platform OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky, has passed away at the age of 43 due to cancer. An OnlyFans spokesperson stated that Leo Radvinsky died peacefully after a long battle with cancer.
This Ukrainian-American entrepreneur acquired the parent company of OnlyFans, Fenix International, from British founder Tim Stokely in 2018. He served as a board member of Fenix and was also its majority shareholder.
Under Leonid Radvinsky’s leadership, OnlyFans transformed into an adult-only platform with over 300 million users and annual revenue exceeding $1 billion.
Radvinsky’s passing has raised questions about the ownership of OnlyFans. Since 2024, his shares in Fenix have been held by the LR Fenix Trust. According to Forbes’ real-time billionaire list, his net worth is approximately $4.7 billion.
During the pandemic, with millions of people staying at home worldwide, OnlyFans quickly gained popularity, with user numbers and content volume surging. The platform charges most subscription and content sales a 20% fee.
In January, reports indicated that OnlyFans was considering selling most of its equity to investment firm Architect Capital, with the deal valuing the company at about $5.5 billion, including debt.
