Junsheng Electronics: Acquisition of a 12.4236% stake in Anhui Junsheng, at a cost of RMB 2.516 billion

Joyson Electronics Announcement: On March 23, 2026, the Industry Fund and the Company entered into an Equity Transfer Agreement. Pursuant to this, the Company agrees to acquire a 12.4236% stake in Anhui Joyson from the Industry Fund at a price of RMB 2.516 billion. As of the date of this announcement, the Industry Fund and the Company each hold registered capital of RMB 157 million and RMB 722 million in Anhui Joyson, corresponding to equity interests of 12.4236% and 57.1155%, respectively.
