To thoroughly implement the national “dual circulation” new development pattern strategy, actively respond to the current complex international situation, and help listed companies in the region seize global development opportunities, under the guidance of the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau, our association, in collaboration with China International Capital Corporation (CICC), successfully held the “Listed Company Overseas Expansion Strategy Seminar” on March 18 at Guoxuan High-Tech. Over thirty representatives from local listed companies, including executives, secretaries to the board, and related personnel, attended the event on-site.

The meeting opened with a welcome speech by Wang Quan, Secretary of the Board of Guoxuan High-Tech. 熊永华, General Manager of Guoxuan High-Tech’s Shanghai base, shared practical experiences in corporate globalization, providing an excellent learning model for attendees.

Special guests included Wang Hanfeng, Managing Director and Vice President of CICC International, and Qin Wei, Executive General Manager of CICC Investment Banking Department. They delivered keynote speeches on “The New Opportunities and New Landscape of China’s Corporate Globalization Wave” and “Practical Operations of Overseas Debt Financing for Chinese Companies,” respectively. Wang Hanfeng analyzed the current global development ecosystem from a macro perspective, highlighting the fundamental shift in China’s manufacturing industry’s global perception and advising companies to adapt to the “new normal” and seize overseas expansion windows. Qin Wei systematically reviewed the current state and innovative tools of the offshore bond market, focusing on the applicable scenarios for offshore RMB bonds and convertible bonds, providing cost-controlled financing solutions for companies in their early stages of going abroad.

This conference provided a systematic reference for local listed companies’ overseas expansion, covering strategic assessment, financing practices, macro trends, and financial tools. Moving forward, the association will continue to build high-quality communication platforms to help local listed companies gain initiative and operate steadily and sustainably in the globalization process, promoting high-quality development of Anhui’s capital market.
