China National Petroleum Corporation Harbin Petrochemical Company: Premium Diesel Fuel Escorts Heilongjiang Spring Planting

China Petroleum Harbin Petrochemical Company (hereinafter referred to as “Harbin Petrochemical”) is making every effort to address the challenges of low-temperature supply security, ensuring enough “energy supplies” for spring farming, and strengthening the energy defense line for stable grain production in Heilongjiang.

It is reported that Harbin Petrochemical started planning early, focusing on “seizing the farming season, ensuring supply, and providing excellent service,” to proactively secure spring farming energy supplies. As early as January this year, the company proactively coordinated with PetroChina Heilongjiang Sales Company to establish an integrated production, transportation, and sales linkage mechanism, jointly developing a special spring farming supply plan, detailing resource allocation, production control, and logistics transportation measures throughout the entire process.

In early February, during the diesel reserve period within the province, some areas experienced a sudden drop in temperature to around -15°C. Ordinary No. 0 diesel easily凝固 (solidify) and face fueling difficulties, becoming a bottleneck for spring farming supplies. Facing the low-temperature test, the company implemented precise measures and scientific responses, adjusting production plans immediately, optimizing key process parameters such as distillation and hydrogenation, and selectively improving fuel formulas. They successfully produced high-quality low-temperature No. 0 diesel suitable for cold environments, effectively solving bottlenecks and ensuring the fuel can be delivered, injected, and used efficiently.

To ensure the efficient delivery of fuel directly to the fields, Harbin Petrochemical closely monitors the entire fuel circulation process, tracking each batch of diesel from factory to end-user. The company focuses on key nodes such as loading, transportation, station arrival, and unloading, with dedicated personnel coordinating logistics issues like road conditions and handling. This ensures seamless connection and high efficiency across production, transportation, and sales, delivering spring farming fuel to farmers as quickly as possible. Through close collaboration among departments and efficient full-chain efforts, the company has delivered a total of 103,000 tons of high-quality No. 0 diesel within Heilongjiang Province, covering all major grain-producing areas, providing solid energy support for land preparation, machinery maintenance, and agricultural material transportation during spring farming.

Next, Harbin Petrochemical will closely monitor the progress of spring farming, dynamically assess farmers’ fuel needs, continuously optimize resource allocation, deepen coordination across production, transportation, and sales, strictly control fuel quality, and provide high-quality fuel and efficient service to support Heilongjiang’s spring farming.
