Golden House Energy: 2025 Net Income Attributable to Parent Company Increases 176.1% Year-over-Year to 134 Million Yuan
On March 16, Jinfang Energy (001210) announced its 2025 annual report. The company’s operating revenue was 1.2 billion yuan, an increase of 11.8% year-over-year; net profit attributable to shareholders was 134 million yuan, up 176.1%; net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses attributable to shareholders was 130 million yuan, up 54.3%; net operating cash flow was 341 million yuan, a 46.2% increase; and EPS (fully diluted) was 0.8572 yuan.
In the fourth quarter, the company’s operating revenue was 508 million yuan, up 14.8% year-over-year; net profit attributable to shareholders turned from a loss of 14.26 million yuan last year to a profit of 44.61 million yuan; net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 42.88 million yuan, up 63.7%; EPS was 0.2845 yuan.
As of the end of the fourth quarter, the company’s total assets were 2.501 billion yuan, a 9.9% increase from the end of the previous year; net assets attributable to shareholders were 1.342 billion yuan, up 7.2% from the previous year.
In the 2025 annual report, the company mentioned actively promoting business diversification and successfully extending energy supply services to fields such as lithium ore smelting, brewing, aerospace, and hospitals. The company uses energy-saving equipment like high-efficiency energy storage and high-temperature steam heat pumps, combined with intelligent management platform systems, to ensure energy needs are met while minimizing energy consumption. Additionally, the company piloted an EPC+O innovative business model to achieve efficient implementation and long-term stable operation of energy projects.
In the clean heating sector, leveraging advanced heat source technology and efficient digital systems, the company provides stable and reliable heating for industrial parks, commercial complexes, and residential communities. During the reporting period, the company won a clean heating project in Hotan, Xinjiang, further consolidating its market position in the Northwest region. The company actively expands in the industrial energy supply field, successfully developing new clients in aerospace, brewing, and hospitals, further increasing market share.
