As of March 18, the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s margin financing balance was 1,337.85 billion yuan, an increase of 1.494 billion yuan from the previous trading day; the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s margin financing balance was 1,290.27 billion yuan, an increase of 1.080 billion yuan from the previous trading day; the total for both markets was 2,628.124 billion yuan, an increase of 2.574 billion yuan from the previous trading day.
