1: My pre-market strategy yesterday on the market’s evaluation: So tomorrow morning, if the central bank’s stabilization efforts cause a quick recovery, it might not be good unless it exceeds a trillion in volume. Otherwise, it’s easy to spike and fall back, very frustrating.

I also said that volume shrinking while surging is prone to quick reversals—does that mean the Shanghai Composite was directly reversed? Is it very frustrating? Market tug-of-war, as I mentioned last night, it’s best to kill first and then pull back; if it recovers early, it will be reversed again, which is very frustrating. What is frustration? It’s tugging, various battles, increased volatility, pulling back after a quick rise, then pulling back again. Isn’t that frustration?

2: Huadian Liaoning Power

A detail I emphasized yesterday: look at Shenhua Development A when trading Huadian Liaoning Power. Shenhua Development hit a straight limit today, opening near zero, scaring the market. Later, it came back, repeatedly stabbing it. Shenhua Development had already pulled a Jingtou Development early, so I used that as an arbitrage opportunity. Whether it rebounds or not, looking at the mirror is meaningless. I only described the current situation—this is risk. Do you understand? So I said that those doing relay trades need to be very cautious.

Also, Huadian Liaoning Power was stabbed by small players, like Shun Na and others. I mentioned Shun Na a few days ago—was that the day it went from 2 to 3? So, these two days, it’s basically done—dropped over ten points, no problem. That’s my sharp eye for identifying capital moves—obvious high-volume distribution.

Many in the platform are catching Huadian Liaoning Power, but regardless of Monday, the strength revealed by small players is flawed. I’ve already told Long family members: even if it rebounds today, it’s a left-side buy point. Monday will still be a test. I hope it can break out and rise, which would help the sector and market sentiment.

Falsheng is used as an anchor. I said yesterday some funds went there, but some Long fans inferred it was a reverse arbitrage by the main force, leading to a limit-down. Haha.

Yesterday, I said that the board of Meiliyun is better than Aoruid. Some fans said Aoruid hit the board, Meiliyun exploded, and today the market gave the answer. Check which one performs better—accurate or not, brothers?

4: Reiterate: Don’t chase one-word limit-ups!

Morning’s strongest signals are in the communication and chip sectors: Mingpu Guangci and Risconda hit one-word limits. At 9:25, the strongest was in communication + chip sectors. Not because of the “He” character, but because of funds not giving up, trying to break through, with small players assisting Huadian Liaoning Power.

But at 11:02, they opened the limit, so I told everyone not to chase one-word limits. When Huadian Liaoning Power hit the top, funds immediately ignited, pushing it back to limit-up. Check the intraday chart? Funds from two sectors are fighting each other—another battle.

I’ve said many times not to chase one-word limits. If you chase Mingpu Guangci or Risonda, it’s really painful. I kept reminding in the live room: no chasing one-word limits!

Today, playing with electricity and computing power involves small funds spending little to do big things, tricking retail investors. I already warned yesterday that the electric sector would diverge, with serious differences. Many still favor it, not understanding why some go into power and computing. I said yesterday that the power sector would split, and if it’s serious, it’s a divergence. I used “serious” twice—did you notice? My previous pre-market strategies never used “serious” twice. The divergence this morning is quite severe. Honestly, later, some will pull back, but from a risk control perspective, beginners shouldn’t play intra-day divergence sectors.

At least, if you chase sector divergence during the day, the rhythm is off. How many top stocks in power sector exploded in the morning? Gansu Energy, Jiuzhou Group, Changyuan Power, then Jinkai New Energy, GCL New Energy were all reversed—no surprise, as they were pushed early by sectors and the “Neng” character stocks. Do you understand this detail?

Originally, in the afternoon, GCL New Energy had a big drop, but the market’s intraday turn downward scared them. Compare that—do you see how important the market is?

I already said yesterday that Jinkai New Energy’s weak board doesn’t matter—several others also said so. If you chase stocks with news yesterday, you’re caught. Today, they’re under pressure. Only new hands chase after that.

6: Afternoon battles—long vs short

At the open, JunDa shares hit the limit straight away. GCL Integration followed with a flat line, but there’s a risk: GCL was led by JunDa. Several new energy stocks, including Jinkai New Energy, dared not push up the moving averages. Then Dongfang Electric stabbed, reversed intraday—full of tricks! Lithium batteries and mining stocks also came to grab money. The rotation of fans and lithium batteries continued. The market even released 200 billion, but it’s still below 2.5 trillion, so the normalcy of fans persists.

Those in the Long family who follow GCL New Energy are passive lifts—understand? Especially after GCL hit the limit and had a pulse—any stock that hits the top and then drops is a sell point.
