Based on the valid acceptances and applications, the total number of unsubscribed rights issue shares involved in the compensation arrangement will be 2,187,500 shares. The company has made a compensation arrangement in accordance with Rule 7.21(1)(b) and has entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent. Under this agreement, the company is conditionally authorized to appoint the placing agent to facilitate the subscribers’ subscription of the unsubscribed rights issue shares. On March 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM, 2.187 million rights issue shares were successfully placed to three independent subscribers. Accordingly, under the compensation arrangement, there are no net proceeds available for distribution to shareholders not participating in the arrangement.
