Multiple Airlines Launch Free Refund Policy for Ticket Price Fluctuations - You Can Get Free Refunds If You Buy Tickets at Higher Prices

In response to travelers’ reports of issues such as illegal ticket markups, unclear refund and change fees, and ticket price fluctuations when purchasing tickets through some third-party channels, Air China, China Eastern Airlines, and China Southern Airlines recently issued announcements to protect passenger rights and introduced multiple ticketing safeguards. All three airlines stated that passengers can verify their tickets and check fare and tax details through official airline channels after purchase. If their rights are compromised, they can provide feedback to the airline; if ticket prices decrease after purchase, they can cancel the ticket for free within the specified time. (CCTV News)
