ADB Vice President: China's "15th Five-Year Plan" Outline is Critical

On the 22nd, Scott Morris, Vice President of the Asian Development Bank, spoke with reporters after the opening ceremony of the 2026 China Development High-Level Forum. He discussed China’s economic growth target for this year, saying, “I believe this growth target is consistent with ADB’s forecast.
