Conveying the Spirit of the National Two Sessions

The Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress concluded on the afternoon of March 12. After returning to the company on the morning of March 13, Tang Yue, deputy to the National People’s Congress and Chairman and CEO of Chutian Technology, immediately carried out a conference spirit briefing and dissemination activity in the afternoon. Participants included Peng Jiqiu, director of the China Private Economy Research Association and vice chairman of the 12th Changsha Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, scholars from the Xiangjiang Dacheng Enterprise Research Institute, entrepreneurs, university representatives, relevant leaders from Ningxiang City, senior executives, party members, and employee representatives of Chutian Technology.

Delivering the Two Sessions Spirit at Chutian Technology

Tang Yue used the review of the “14th Five-Year Plan” as an entry point, combined with interpretations of government work reports and other major conference topics, to convey the spirit of the conference to attendees and share his insights on fulfilling his duties. This year, Tang Yue submitted four proposals covering private economy, private investment, population development, sports, and cultural tourism consumption.

Tang Yue stated that as a representative from the private enterprise sector, he feels a strong sense of mission. Chutian Technology will quickly translate the conference spirit into practical actions, continue to play a leading role in the medical equipment industry, lead with technological innovation, vigorously expand international markets, and contribute more to promoting high-quality economic development.

While promoting the transformation of the conference spirit into concrete actions, Chutian Technology also demonstrates confidence in development through tangible achievements. Zhou Feiyue, co-president and chief international sales and service officer of Chutian Technology, also participated in the conference spirit dissemination activity. He stated that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Chutian Technology has implemented a series of major international projects.

Zhou Feiyue said that the international business has achieved three significant breakthroughs: first, scale expansion; second, breakthroughs in high-end markets; third, in specialized fields such as nuclear medicine, Chutian Technology has secured a leading domestic share and achieved important results in international markets. Building a global leader in medical equipment, the 15th Five-Year Plan is a critical five years.

Wu Jinming, counselor of Hunan Provincial Government and professor at Central South University, shared a thematic presentation during the activity. He focused on high-quality development of Chinese industries during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, providing an in-depth interpretation of the core meaning of “changing tracks and promoting development,” shifting from “overtaking on curves” to “changing lanes to overtake,” and seizing development opportunities through the cultivation of new productive forces.

Wang Xiangyun, director of the Ningxiang Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, stated during the activity that implementing the spirit of the Two Sessions is an important task at present. Focusing on the construction of “industrial strengthening city, happy Ningxiang,” the goal is to identify the entry points and focus areas for the work of the People’s Congress, ensuring high-quality development through efficient supervision, and enabling market entities to operate with ease and strive boldly.
