Spring arrives early with diligent work; now is the time to forge ahead. Shandong Expressway Construction Management Group’s ongoing projects strictly implement safety and quality control requirements. Construction is progressing smoothly across all projects, laying a solid foundation for the year’s work.

Qilin Project

At the construction site of the Jinan to Linqing Expressway Qihe to Linqing section, workers are conducting slope construction. Currently, the project has stockpiled 1,343 tons of steel and 28,000 tons of sand and gravel. All sections have resumed work and production. As of now, the project’s roadbed is 81.01% complete, the pavement 40.86%, bridges and culverts 87.26%, and building construction 11.2%.

Next, the project will strive to create high-quality engineering that satisfies local residents, gains social recognition, and reassures the government. It will help enhance the “Shan Gao Xing” brand and contribute to the construction of Shandong as a demonstration zone for a strong transportation nation.

Qilai Project

At the construction site of the Qixia to Laizhou Expressway, workers are conducting pile foundation work. Heavy machinery operates efficiently, and workers follow standardized procedures. All phases are closely connected and progressing in an orderly manner. To ensure continuous and stable construction, the project has proactively coordinated material supplies, currently stockpiling 580 tons of steel and 13,000 tons of sand and gravel. Material supply is sufficient and orderly, providing a solid material foundation for ongoing construction.

Next, the project will firmly target annual goals, maintain steady progress, improve quality, and use refined management as a key approach. It will scientifically control construction pace, strictly enhance physical quality management, and deeply advance precise cost management. Coordinating safety, quality, progress, and cost, the project will ensure smooth and efficient development, striving to create high-quality, excellent engineering.

Wenshuang Project

The G18 Rongwu Expressway from Weihai Wendeng District to Shuangdao Bay Science and Technology City has stockpiled 1,585 tons of steel and 41,457 tons of sand and gravel. The project has fully resumed work and production. As of now, the roadbed has been 44.9% completed, and bridges and culverts 48.55%.

Next, the Wenshuang Project will continue to coordinate efforts from all parties, focus on key milestones, solidify work responsibilities, and strengthen element guarantees. Adhering to principles of safety, orderliness, and efficiency, it will accelerate progress and improve quality, ensuring the annual construction tasks are completed on time and with high standards.

Jide Project

The Jinan to Ningjin Expressway has stockpiled 14,190 tons of cement concrete sand and gravel, 199,821.16 tons of asphalt mixture sand and gravel, and 208,014.99 tons of water-stable mixture sand and gravel. All sections have resumed work and production. As of now, the roadbed is 88.09% complete, the pavement 46.71%, the sub-base 69.79%, the base course 53.14%, the lower layer 45.94%, and the middle surface layer 30.10%.

Next, the project company will follow the guidance of the group and construction management group’s annual work meetings, aim for the annual opening target, and start strong with a decisive battle. It will focus on the first quarter’s production efforts and strive to achieve a successful start for the 15th Five-Year Plan.
