Iran to Hold Funerals for Multiple Senior Military Officials Killed in Conflict

On the 10th local time, Iran announced that a memorial service and funeral for senior military commanders and some civilians killed in the U.S.-led attack will be held in Tehran on the 11th. The mourned commanders include Iran’s Armed Forces Chief of Staff Musa, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Commander Pakpour, Secretary of the Iranian Defense Council Shamkhani, and Defense Minister Aziz Nakhizadeh. The funeral procession is expected to depart at 1:30 PM on the 11th from Revolution Square in Tehran and then proceed to the Martyrs’ Cemetery. (CCTV News)
