The company has many related companies, but all related transactions are routine related-party transactions, accounting for a very small proportion of the company’s similar transactions. The transaction pricing is objective and fair, meeting the company’s normal production and operation needs. These do not constitute a dependency on related parties and do not affect the company’s independence.
