Based on the application from CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., our exchange will provide transfer services for the “CITIC Securities-Hongyuan No. 1 Phase 7 Asset-Backed Special Plan” (hereinafter referred to as “Hongyuan No. 1 Phase 7”) through negotiated, click, inquiry, and bidding transactions starting March 23, 2026. The following announcement outlines the relevant matters:

Professional investors holding Shenzhen A-share securities accounts and fund accounts may participate in the transfer of “Hongyuan No. 1 Phase 7.”
The establishment date of “Hongyuan No. 1 Phase 7” is February 12, 2026. The senior asset-backed securities are as follows:

“Hongyuan No. 1 Phase 7 Priority A,” security code “500465,” maturity date March 12, 2027, with early redemption and partial interest payment options;
“Hongyuan No. 1 Phase 7 Priority B,” security code “500466,” maturity date March 12, 2027, with early redemption and partial interest payment options;
“Hongyuan No. 1 Phase 7 Priority C,” security code “500467,” maturity date March 12, 2027, with early redemption and partial interest payment options.

The subordinate asset-backed security is as follows:

“Hongyuan No. 1 Phase 7 Subordinate,” security code “500468,” maturity date February 14, 2028, with early redemption and partial interest payment options.

For investors participating in the “Hongyuan No. 1 Phase 7” transfer for the first time, our members shall provide a comprehensive introduction to relevant business rules, fully disclose potential risks, and require them to sign a risk disclosure statement before participating.
