Coinworld News: On March 22, according to on-chain analyst Yuanjin's monitoring, the Venus attacker converted all BNB, BTC, and CAKE previously extracted from Venus in the attack to ETH 5 hours ago and has bridged them to the Ethereum network. Specifically, the attacker converted a total of 2,178 BNB, 20 BTC, and 1.466 million CAKE into 2,257.3 ETH, valued at approximately $4.72 million. Based on on-chain data calculations, the attacker previously invested approximately $9.92 million to launch the attack and has currently recovered only approximately $5 million worth of ETH. As for whether the attacker conducted coordinated long and short operations on centralized exchanges to obtain additional returns, this cannot be confirmed at this time.
